info: Beautiful 1953 Imperial Mansion. The propane system has been removed, and replaced with a 220v mini-split heat pump with two air exchangers. The compressor is mounted on the tongue for portability. It has a convection microwave and countertop induction cooking unit. It has a Fisher-Paykel drawer-type dishwasher, as well as new plumbing lines, sinks with faucets in the bathroom and kitchen, and electric water heater. There are custom roman shades throughout. The subfloor was repaired/replaced, followed by new carpet with a retro-pattern in the livingroom and bedroom, and new tile floors in the kitchen and bathroom. There is new glass tile on the bathroom walls, the kitchen backsplash, and the buffet tabletop. The buffet seating was recovered in supple tan leather. The overhead light fixtures are new, in a retro/modern design. The refrigerator looks to be original, and works great. The top has sealant on the seams, but I can't attest to any potential leaks, as it has been inside my hangar since purchase. I haven't hooked up or used the road lights, so it might be necessary to use temporaries for transit until they can be checked. Tires are new from my purchase, and wheel bearings were greased then.
